The Arora-based wellness brand Lumera Naturals reached out to Startup Help Inc. to increase awareness and grow retail partnerships for its organic skincare line.
The challenge
Although the products had positive customer feedback, the founder struggled to stand out in a crowded beauty market and secure shelf space with larger retailers.
The impact
The brand expanded into multiple boutique retail stores, increased online sales, and built a loyal customer community through strategic storytelling and brand positioning.
“When I started the business, I knew the products worked because customers kept coming back,” says founder Emily Hart. “But I didn’t know how to communicate the brand in a way that would attract larger opportunities.”
