Start Help Inc.: Empowering Entrepreneurs

The Copper Spoon partnered with Startup Help to boost its visibility and reach more customers.

The family-owned restaurant The Copper Spoon reached out for support in increasing local visibility and attracting new customers after a decline in foot traffic.

The challenge

Despite having a loyal customer base and strong word-of-mouth reputation, the restaurant struggled to compete with larger chains and modern dining brands in the area.

The impact

The business experienced a major increase in reservations, improved online engagement, and expanded catering opportunities within the community.

“We had been serving the community for years, but our marketing never evolved,” says owner  Chen Lin. “We relied almost entirely on returning customers.”

The team at Startup Help's introduced updated branding, stronger social media storytelling, and local PR efforts that highlighted the restaurant’s family history and signature dishes. Community-focused campaigns helped reconnect the restaurant with younger audiences and nearby businesses.

“People started discovering us again,” Lin says. “We saw new customers coming in every week, and catering inquiries increased more than we expected.”
